AppBO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Update functions may automatically check your system to determine whether files need refreshing, updating, or upgrading to provide you with up-to-date security, features, and options. We rely on the data we collect to analyze performance, maintain and improve the Platform, and provide customer support. Personal Information is also used to verify your eligibility for promotional offers.For Business Operations:We use your information to operate our business, including performing accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation, and collection activities. 6. Information from Children

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including their information or content. This includes:Any third party operating a site or service linked to the Platform. 8. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. At this time, the Platform does not respond to DNT signals.

While AppBO does not hold direct certification for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), our technology partners are certified under these frameworks. They ensure that Personal Information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar), and Switzerland is processed in compliance with the DPF Principles.These frameworks set forth guidelines on how Personal Information is handled, ensuring that it is processed securely and in accordance with international data privacy laws.
